Based on the findings, a personalized treatment plan is developed to address the patient’s specific needs, goals, and recovery timeline. This evaluation helps establish a clear path for rehabilitation and improvement.
Personalized Home Exercise Programs
Price: Included with initial consultation/evaluation
A home exercise program for physical therapy is a set of tailored exercises prescribed by a therapist to help patients continue their rehabilitation independently. It focuses on improving strength, flexibility, and mobility while addressing specific injuries or conditions. Weekly Follow-Up Visits
